okygames Terms and Conditions — Rules Every Player Should Know

1. Introduction and Acceptance

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and contact details. okygames will verify this information as part of the account opening and ongoing KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your okygames login credentials secure. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. okygames will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

3.1 Currency

All deposits, withdrawals, game stakes, and winnings on okygames are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). No foreign currency transactions are processed on the platform.

3.6 Transaction Finality

4. Games, Bets, and Fair Play

4.1 Game Availability

okygames reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game or betting market at any time, including for maintenance, regulatory, or commercial reasons. Bets already accepted on markets that are subsequently suspended will be processed in accordance with the void and cancellation rules applicable to that market.

4.2 Random Number Generation

All card game outcomes and electronically generated results on okygames are produced by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. These systems are designed to produce statistically fair, unpredictable outcomes. The RNG process is not influenced by individual player actions, previous outcomes, or the size of wagers placed.

4.3 Sports and Football Betting Rules

All sports and football betting markets on okygames are settled in accordance with the specific rules for each competition and market type. Standard 1X2, Asian handicap, and over/under markets are settled on the 90-minute result and injury time only, unless the market is explicitly labelled otherwise. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Promotion Changes

okygames may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a promotion and are actively meeting its conditions will be given reasonable notice of any material change that affects their ability to complete those conditions.

8.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension

okygames reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:

Legitimate deposits may be returned after investigation, subject to any applicable legal holds.

9. Limitation of Liability

Temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical faults, or factors outside okygames's control does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any part of the okygames platform without prior written permission. Scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of content from okygames is prohibited.

11. Changes to These Terms

okygames may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or by a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of okygames following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
